Yes. We build matching armchairs, ottomans, benches, and cushions in the same fabric, frame finish, and foam specification as your sofa. This ensures the whole living room reads as one coordinated set rather than a collection of mismatched pieces.

Yes. We provide white-glove delivery across Dubai — our team brings the sofa in, positions it exactly where you want, and removes all packaging. Delivery is free across most Dubai neighborhoods. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates are quoted separately.

A custom sofa is built to your exact dimensions, fabric choice, foam specification, and detailing. An off-the-shelf sofa comes in standard sizes that rarely fit specific rooms precisely. Custom sofas are also built with solid hardwood frames — most off-the-shelf sofas use softwood or particleboard. The result is a piece that fits perfectly and lasts longer.

Yes. If you have a sofa whose dimensions work but you want a new one made, we can measure it and build a custom replacement to the exact same size, shape, and detailing. This is common for clients replacing worn sofas in a specific living room layout.

HR foam (high-resilience, 38–42 kg/m³) is a firm, durable foam that holds shape for years. Pocket springs are individually wrapped coils for a springier feel with better airflow. HR foam is the standard for modern custom sofas; pocket springs are often preferred for larger or premium pieces. We can also use a hybrid — pocket springs with an HR foam top layer.

Yes. We bring 200+ fabric and leather samples to your home so you can see how each option looks in your actual lighting, against your floor and existing décor. Sample books are free — no obligation to commit.

Typical build time is 3–4 weeks from fabric confirmation. The process includes frame construction (week 1), foam cutting and fitting (week 2), upholstery and quality check (weeks 3–4), and delivery. Rush projects are available with a surcharge.

No. We do not offer international shipping. Our service area is the UAE only, with the workshop based in Dubai.

Yes. We provide a 2-year structural frame warranty on all newly fabricated furniture and a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee on all upholstery projects. If something fails within the warranty period, we repair or replace it free of charge.

Same-day for most enquiries. Send us photos of your furniture or project details on WhatsApp, and we’ll come back with a starting estimate the same day. Full quotes that require site visits or material selection take 2–3 days.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card (with a small processing fee). For custom builds and larger projects, we take a 50% deposit at order confirmation and the balance on delivery. For small repairs and upholstery, payment is on completion.

Yes. We deliver across the UAE. Dubai is free. Sharjah and Ajman are AED 150. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are AED 250. Other emirates are AED 350. For bulk commercial orders or full villa projects outside Dubai, we quote delivery separately based on volume.

Our main manufacturing workshop is at Street 8, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. You’re welcome to visit to see work in progress, review materials, and meet the team. Visits are by appointment — contact us on WhatsApp to schedule.

Yes. Free pickup and delivery across Dubai for all upholstery, repair, and reupholstery projects. For custom furniture delivery and installation, we also deliver free within Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates are quoted separately based on distance.

Every project starts with a free consultation. For upholstery and repair work, we inspect the piece (in person or via photos) and provide a fixed quote. For custom builds, we discuss dimensions, fabric, and specification, then provide a fixed price per piece. No hidden costs, no surprise surcharges.
