Apartment Sofa Reupholstery — Business Bay

Business Bay apartments often have compact living areas, and this client’s sofa was the right size but the wrong condition. The original fabric was worn through on the arms, and the cushions had lost their shape.

We reupholstered the sofa in a durable woven fabric in warm grey — a neutral that works with the apartment’s existing decor. The cushions were rebuilt with high-density foam wrapped in soft fibre, giving them a plump look that holds its shape.

The client has a young family, so we chose a fabric with a stain-resistant finish. The sofa also needed to be easy to move, so we kept the original lightweight frame and added felt pads to the feet to protect the flooring.
