Yes. We deliver and install all bespoke furniture across Dubai at no extra cost. Larger pieces like fitted wardrobes and beds are assembled on-site. Dining tables and dressing tables are placed in the room and levelled. All packaging is removed.

MDF is a composite board — cheap, uniform, but not durable. Veneer is a thin layer of real wood over MDF or plywood — looks good but can delaminate over time. Solid wood is real hardwood all the way through — more expensive but lasts decades and handles Dubai’s climate better. We build with solid hardwood as standard.

Yes. Bring us photos of your interior, a fabric sample, or a paint swatch, and we’ll produce samples of the wood finish for your approval before starting production. We work with natural stains, varnishes, and lacquered finishes in matte, satin, or gloss.

Yes. Non-standard dimensions are exactly why most clients come to us. We build tables for specific wall lengths, beds for non-standard mattress sizes, wardrobes for sloped ceilings, and headboards for full-wall coverage. Every piece is measured to your room.

Typical build time is 3–5 weeks depending on the piece. A dining table or headboard is usually 3–4 weeks. A fitted wardrobe or full bedroom set takes 4–5 weeks. Complex pieces with custom extensions, integrated lighting, or non-standard dimensions may extend the timeline by a week.

Yes. Bring us a photo or sample of your existing furniture, and we’ll match the wood species, stain, finish, and hardware. This is common for clients adding a piece to an existing dining set, extending a bedroom suite, or building a dressing table that matches a fitted wardrobe.

We work with solid oak, walnut, teak, and ash. Oak is pale, durable, and versatile. Walnut is dark, rich, and sophisticated — popular for formal dining rooms. Teak is warm, honey-toned, and naturally weather-resistant. Ash takes stain evenly, good for colour-matched pieces. We also stain any species to a custom tone to match your interior.

No. We do not offer international shipping. Our service area is the UAE only, with the workshop based in Dubai.

Yes. We provide a 2-year structural frame warranty on all newly fabricated furniture and a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee on all upholstery projects. If something fails within the warranty period, we repair or replace it free of charge.

Same-day for most enquiries. Send us photos of your furniture or project details on WhatsApp, and we’ll come back with a starting estimate the same day. Full quotes that require site visits or material selection take 2–3 days.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card (with a small processing fee). For custom builds and larger projects, we take a 50% deposit at order confirmation and the balance on delivery. For small repairs and upholstery, payment is on completion.

Yes. We deliver across the UAE. Dubai is free. Sharjah and Ajman are AED 150. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are AED 250. Other emirates are AED 350. For bulk commercial orders or full villa projects outside Dubai, we quote delivery separately based on volume.

Our main manufacturing workshop is at Street 8, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. You’re welcome to visit to see work in progress, review materials, and meet the team. Visits are by appointment — contact us on WhatsApp to schedule.

Yes. Free pickup and delivery across Dubai for all upholstery, repair, and reupholstery projects. For custom furniture delivery and installation, we also deliver free within Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates are quoted separately based on distance.

Every project starts with a free consultation. For upholstery and repair work, we inspect the piece (in person or via photos) and provide a fixed quote. For custom builds, we discuss dimensions, fabric, and specification, then provide a fixed price per piece. No hidden costs, no surprise surcharges.
